    Really good stay with a perfect location!

    The concierge staff was helpful, packed our bags for us like they knew we were on some urgent mission. Plus, we got a lovely upgrade to a bigger room which honestly made all the difference.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

    Starhotels Collezione had a great location, close to fabulous shops. The beautiful room was cozy. Polite front desk manager sent a lovely fruit platter as an apology for the noise from some work on Saturday morning. I appreciated that personal touch. Unfortunately, the bathroom issues were noticeable. Water pressure felt low, and I noticed a crack in the mirror. Friendly staff at the front, though some areas lacked the expected level of service for a five-star hotel.

The room, while spacious, needs some upgrades-like fixing the cracked mirror and the low water pressure in the showers. Curiously, the curtains didn't shut fully, letting in too much sunlight. I found the breakfast lacking, stale bread and unappetizing yogurt didn't live up to expectations for a five-star hotel.
